By using infrared technology, we are able to detect differences in surface temperature. An infrared inspection combines a traditional visual home inspection with a thermal imaging scan. Although this technology is not an x-ray machine; changes in temperature can be subtle or dramatic, when used in conjunction with out home inspection, it can help identify issues or concerns that is not seen with the naked eye.
