Many homes contain one or more red flags which can lead to mold growth. These red flags include elevated levels of moisture within structural components, water stains on ceilings, walls or floors, musty odors, negative grading and poor attic ventilation, among others.

We recommend a Mold and Air Quality test when these red flags are present to determine if any health risks exist.
